Cadre membership is by invitation only. Candidates seeking entry into the Cadre must find an existing member that is willing to be their sponsor. Members are strongly encouraged to only sponsor players they know very well from gaming experience.
There are two phases in the Cadre recruitment process: the Petitioner phase, and the Recruit phase. Full membership will only be granted upon the successful completion of both phases.
Petitioner Phase:
- Petitioners should introduce themselves on our Recruitment Forum.
- Petitioners should become familiar with Cadre policy and objectives.
- Petitioners should get to know existing members primarily by gaming with them.
- When a Cadre member wishes to sponsor a Petitioner, they openly state such on our Recruitment Forum.
- Once sponsored, the Petitioner should submit a completed application form.
Recruit Phase:
- Once accepted as a Recruit, the player will be granted full access to all the member forums.
- Recruits will be tagged as CQ in games.
- Recruits will go through a trial period of a minimum of 30 days, during which they should be gaming with other CQ.
- Recruits will be granted full membership when they have completed the minimum trial period and shown themselves worthy of Cadre membership.
