Ady ~~ 60 roguE ~~ wanting to join Cadre Quietus~

Hello all, my ingame name is Ady, im a 60 rogue former guild member/officer of The Heroes Alliance/THA. I want to join CQ because I believe it has great players PvP and PvE alike. Im apping in the hopes that CQ is a great guild and just needs someone with experience to help them get further in the PvE scene. With THA we cleared up molten core to Ragnaros, which we got him decently low before the guild had trouble. We also killed Azuregos, Kazzak (the two world bosses) and Onyxia. I believe I can help CQ get better by providing strategies and I have a lot of friends who are guildless and would join with me ~~ I can lead a molten core raid easily and Im hoping CQ will start BWL soon so we can also succeed in that. I don't plan on taking over the guild, just plan on working aside with the leaders to complete the tasks needed to be done ~~

I remember grouping with him months ago in random pickup groups (in Strat, I think) and had no problems.

Only thing I'd be curious about is why specifically CQ? I mean, above and beyond the whole "I want to join CQ because I believe it has great players PvP and PvE alike." part. What sets the Cadre apart in such a way that you specifically want to join us?
