I believe that there is but one small flaw in the Recrutement process and the flaw is the fact that there are two channels (cq and cadre) in which you tell petioiners to talk to members and get to know the guild and the people in it. This is a great system; however, very few, if any, people are in either channel, this in turn creates a gap in the applicant-to-member communication. I do not mean to put the system down just to let those involved know of a potential problem.

Stick with the CQ channel. Or, better yet, do a /who Cadre Quietus and PM someone in your level range (couldn't remember if you listed your level) and see if they'd like to group.

If you're in your 20s or 30s I could group with you on one of my crapton-many alts (Warlock, Mage, Druid). So take your pick! Though you'll likely see my on as Omniel, Thalianna or Nomiel. :)

I believe the second channel you mentioned is the generic CoS channel now, though I could be mistaken.
