Default Gearing up for Darkfall NA release

We have spent the last few months on the Euro server for Darkfall. Our intention has always been to treat the Euro server release as our beta test. We wanted to figure out if the game was any good and how to best play it.

As I reported earlier, the game is a keeper. The sandbox environment has been a lot of fun, providing endless, and sometimes downright exhausting pvp campaigns. We had some really nice siege battles. The crafting means something, since gear is always in demand. The PVE is not bad, although I'm not the best judge of that. There are plenty of things to do. The game is not perfect, but AV seems to be making nice improvements on a consistent basis.

We made some new friends along the way that have expressed an interest in joining us on the NA server. We want to go into the NA release fully prepared and ready to compete.

We're going to approach this release with an aggressive "rebranding" of Cadre Quietus. We've spent the last few games (years) simply floating along without really focusing on refreshing our guild with a solid core of active players. There's really not been a game worth the effort. That has changed.

We've already started this "rebranding" with a fresh web site look. Over the next few days, we'll be publishing an updated Mission Statement, Code of Conduct, our gaming philosophy, a new recruiting policy and plan, and our Darkfall goals.

Stay tuned!
